Terms & Conditions

 

  • These Terms and Conditions relate to the Suncorp CTP Insurance gift card offer (“Promotion”). The Promoter is AAI Limited ABN 48 005 297 807 trading as Suncorp Insurance, of Level 23, 80 Ann Street, Brisbane, Queensland 4000 ("the Promoter").
  • By entering this Promotion, you are agreeing to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  • This Offer is a gift card (“Gift Card”) of the value specified on this website.
  • The Promotion Period will end 31 December 2023. The Promoter may withdraw the Promotion without advance notice. 
  • Customers are eligible to receive this Offer when they nominate to switch their Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance to the Promoter during the Promotion Period by completing the form on this website.
  • The Offer is valid for Class 1 (cars and station wagons) or Class 6 (trucks, utilities, and vans, including panel vans with a GVM of 4.5t or less) QLD registered vehicles that do not currently hold Suncorp CTP Insurance. 
  • The following individuals and entities are ineligible to enter this Promotion:
    • a motor dealer or a related entity of a motor dealer;
    • an owner or employee of a motor dealer when acting in that capacity;
    • a fleet vehicle manager or a related entity of a fleet.
  • Customers are deemed to have nominated to switch their CTP Insurance to the Promoter upon:
    • receipt by Promoter of the nomination form; and 
    • QLD Department of Transport and Main Roads confirming that the nomination is valid.
  • Each customer is eligible to receive only one Offer per vehicle registration per registration period within a 12 month period only.

 

Gift Card

 

  • The Gift Card is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash and Gift Card Terms of Use may also apply.
  • For customers who are eligible to receive a Gift Card, it will be dispatched to the customer's address within 28 days of the nomination to switch their CTP Insurance to Suncorp Insurance being validated. 
  • Gift cards are governed by the terms and conditions of use which can be found at www.activatemycard.com.au/SuncorpInsurance 
  • Gift Cards are issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited ABN 30 131 436 532, AFSL 404131.
